We aim to provide the highest quality products available for the best prices to all our customers; however, we understand that sometimes you may wish to return something you have purchased from us. As a Speedy Recon customer, if you no longer want the items you have 14 days to cancel your order or inform us you would like to return the goods.

If you wish to cancel your order or inform us you would like to return your purchase, we will be happy to refund the item in full. In order to receive the refund you must inform us of the return within 14 days from delivery and send the item/ items back within a further 14 days via a tracked delivery method.

You must include the Returns Form (DOWNLOAD RETURNS FORM ») in order for us to process your return, if you cannot print this form out please include a note with the following information:

  • Your Delivery Address
  • Your Delivery Address

We cannot accept returns and therefore may be unable to refund you if you have:

  • Damaged an item including trying to fit it before you decide you no longer want the item.
  • Ordered a Made to Order product including any special order towbars. (A refund for a faulty Made to Order purchase will be dependent on a manufacturer inspection).
  • Exceeded the 28 day return limit and the good where not reported at faulty upon reciept.

Please allow 14 days from returning the goods for us to process and refund you via the original method of payment. If you have not received your refund within 14 days of returning your item/ items please contact one of our customer service teams, unfortunately, if you contact us before the 14 day period we will not be able to help you.

If you have placed your order via eBay, you have the benefit to an extended initial contact period. Under eBay policy, you must open a return request within 30 days from delivery in order to receive a refund in full, which we will be happy to supply as long as the item is returned to us within 14 days of requesting a refund via a tracked delivery method. You must include the following downloadable Returns Form in order for us to process your return, if you cannot print this form out please include a note with the following information:

If you return your purchase by post or courier after the periods outlined above (with the exception of faulty or damaged goods before use or fitting), we reserve the right to refuse you a refund.

If you find that upon delivery your item is faulty or if you have ordered a product but we have delivered the wrong item, please contact one of our customer service teams within 30 days of purchase. After providing evidence of the fault or incorrect item upon delivery, we can start the returns process. We cannot accept damage of a faulty good if you attempt to repair the item yourself, please do not use any product you suspect is faulty – contact us as soon as you can.

No refund will be given without an invoice, receipt or other proof of purchase.

When you return an item to us this will be at your own cost. We highly recommend you send any items via a tracked delivery service in order for us to refund you in full with no issues..

If you are retuning a faulty or incorrectly delivered item, please contact our customer service team to arrange a collection to return the goods to our warehouse.

If you are retuning your goods to us from outside the UK, then it is at your own risk. We do not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage caused in transit. It is also you responsibility to pay any delivery charges, duties or taxes incurred when returning your purchase.

If you used a promotional discount when paying for your order, the discount is applied to your total basket. In the event of a return, you will be refunded the amount paid during promotional offer.

Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of a faulty or damaged good.
